We use a complex malt bill to ensure Bold has plenty of body, and we use two of our favourite hops, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, for beautiful citrus notes with a few tropical accents.
"Bold" is the Polari (the historic queer language) word for homosexual, but to us also refers to the nerve, the cheek, a good lippy, or the joy of being a flaming queer.
