What happens when you cross Bold, our core 0.5% pale, with Burst Into Bright, our iconic 6% hazy IPA? Well, we wanted to try something fun and keep bringing you the best alcohol-free beers possible, so we've brewed an AF version of one of our most renowned core beers.
Brighter, Bolder is our 0.5% version of Burst Into Bright, taking that recipe and blending it with our beloved Bold. The recipe uses the same hopping schedule as Bright, with Taiheke used throughout the process. We've also tweaked the recipe to replicate Bright's soft body, and we've had a little play to represent the gorgeous tangerine notes from Bright's kveik yeast. The result is a delicious AF IPA that's reminiscent of both its namesakes.
Aroma: pineapple, lime, grapefruit, and a touch of tangerine.
Palate: a soft juicy body with pineapple, lime, and white grape.
