We've added a unique blend of oats, wheat and maize to the malt bill for a sweet, biscuity base—think tropical cheesecake in beer form, with lashings of intense peach and juicy nectarine. It's light at 4.3%, but certainly packs a punch when it comes to flavour.
Synth (6.2%) is a big and bold tropical IPA, which celebrates the pioneering composer and musician Wendy Carlos’ lasting impact on electronic music. Building on our thick base of malted barley, oats, and our signature Belgium wheat, we've used Mosaic and Eldorado hops to their full potential across all stages of the hopping process for a soft and luscious mouthfeel, with bags of mango and tropical character.
